F. Dennis Dawgert M.D. is
certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. He graduated from
St. Louis University School of Medicine. He is a member of the
AMA, PMS, AAP, PaAAP. He is affiliated with Mercy, Moses Taylor,
and CMC hospital. He has been practicing Pediatrics in NE PA
since 1977.Dr.Dawgert is married to Grace Finnerty Dawgert. They
are proud parents of 4 wonderful daughters and doting
grandparents to 5 grandchildren. He spends his free time
golfing, running and reading. |

Timothy Welby, M.D. graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science degree from the University of Scranton and received a medical degree from Temple University, Philadelphia. He completed an internship and residency in pediatrics at Geisinger Medical Center in Dannville where he served as Chief Resident. He is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Welby is the 2008 President of the Lackawanna County Medical Society. |

Tigue, M.D. was born and raised in Avoca, she graduated Magna cum Laude from
King’s College and received her Doctor of Medicine from Temple University in
1994. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at the University of Rochester, Strong
Memorial Hospital. Prior to joining Pediatrics of Northeastern Pennyslvania, she served as Clinical Asst. Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Rochester. She is married
to John D’Elia formerly of Pittston and the couple has two children. Dr.Tigue is board certified in Pediatrics and is fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society.

John Marx, M.D. was born and raised in Scranton. He earned a Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences and a Masters of Physical Therapy from The University of Scranton. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Penn State College of Medicine and completed his residency in Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital, Hershey Medical Center. He is married to Megan and they have a son, Jake. Dr. Marx is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society. |

Dawn Strong, PA-C has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Masters of Science degree in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University. She graduated Magna cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree as a Physician Assistant from King’s College in 1998. She has been a practicing Physician Assistant since 1998 and is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Dawn lives in the Lake Wallenpaupack area with her husband and three sons. |
